Sometimes when your team is busy on the road, it's hard for them to find time to fill in work forms for the day. But as a business, this can be a problem when making sure your safety and compliance checks are in order. That's why we've introduced a mandatory forms feature that allows you to set forms to mandatory before work dockets can be sent to the office. We understand that sometimes forms just can't be submitted for whatever reason, that's why we also added the function to allow dockets to be still submitted while some forms are missing, but workers will be required to explain why. This is useful in areas with poor mobile coverage where forms cannot be submitted or when a staff member is replaced in the middle of a shift.
From now on, when a form is marked mandatory, the mobile app will display red "Required" placeholder forms in the booking, which workers can tap to start filling out.
